Using Plex Client is recommended for PC's. Web Browsers cause transcoding on the Plex server which can cause high CPU usage and possibly lag for everyone using the server. Plex Client has a much better experience with near instant loading times and no buffering.

Please be sure to bookmark https://kpro.tv/ this website allows you request any Movie or TV Show. You can also report any issues with a Movie/TV Show by finding it on the website and clicking the yellow exclaimation button on the right side.

Setting up Plex Client

  • Download the Plex for Windows/Mac Client by clicking here
  • Sign in with your Plex account in the top right corner
  • Navigate to the settings page by clicking the wrench in the top right corner
  • Once in the settings page click on the Quality link under the PLEX FOR WINDOWS/MAC tab on the left side
  • Ensure Video Quality is set to Maximum and Play smaller videos at original quality/Use recommended settings are ticked

Requesting on kpro.tv

  • Head over to https://kpro.tv/ and login with your Plex account
  • Type the name of the Movie/TV Show you would like to request in the top search bar
  • Hover over the Movie/TV Show and click the blue Request button.

    • NOTE: Movies are automatically added after you request them. TV Shows will need my approval as they tend to be a lot harder to automate.

Setting up Plex for Smart TVs

  • Go to the settings at the bottom of the left side menu
  • Find the Video Quality section
  • Ensure Adjust automatically is set to OFF and Home streaming/Remote streaming quality are both set to Maximum

Setting up Plex for Android

  • Click the ☰ icon in the top left then the ⚙ icon to get to the settings menu
  • Go into the Quality settings menu
  • Ensure Remote streaming quality is set to Maximum
